Where to Hit the Links Near VacavilleWe all know that California is a beautiful state, with loads of great options for recreational activities and some of the most picturesque landscape in the nation. We are so fortunate to be able to live and play here every day. Regardless of your reason for visiting Vacaville, if you love to golf, you should take the time to visit one of these four great golf courses. It doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned pro or just a hobby player; you’ll have a great time. We at Kia of Vacaville encourage you to get out there and tee off. This is where to hit the links near Vacaville.

Cypress Golf Course

Cypress Golf Course is probably the most popular in the area, and for a good reason; it’s stunningly gorgeous. The course was designed around the needs of the golf community and can be enjoyed in all types of weather conditions. It’s a great family-friendly course with perfectly maintained greens. Collared shirts are required, and denim jeans aren’t allowed. They also request that you only wear soft spikes. It usually takes around four hours to play 18 holes. Cypress Golf Course is open all year, in all weather conditions.

Paradise Valley Golf Course

For the very best in beautiful fairways, it doesn’t get any better than Paradise Valley Golf Course. Located in Fairfield, just a short 15-minute drive from Vacaville, the 18-hole course has been impressing and challenging golfers since 1993. Paradise Valley Golf Course provides over 6,900 yards of greens. The course is rated a 73.9 and has a designated slope rating of 129. The course was designed by a world-renowned golfer and is a fantastic place to tee up.

Rancho Salono Golf Course

It may sound like a Mexican restaurant, but it’s really a trendy golf course in Fairfield. With wide-open fairways and fast receptive greens that are perfectly groomed, you may think you found golfer’s paradise. With everything from an easy par three to the most challenging holes, it’s both a joy and frustration, just how we like it. It’s a course that has that private kind of feel, with a superb clubhouse and ideal playing conditions. It’s one of the best in the area and still relatively affordable.

Green Valley Golf Course

The Green Valley Country Club has almost 6,500 yards of golf greens; from nice long tees to only a par 72, you’re going to enjoy every square inch. The course is rated at a 71.0 and has a slope of 130. Designed by Elmer G. Border, you know it’s going to be perfect. That’s exactly why it’s been a local favorite since the 1950s.

Golf is a fun and challenging sport that often becomes a way of life for players and fans alike. Vacaville offers the best greens in the sport and is an ideal place to spend the day practicing your swing. Both members and guests will appreciate the friendly atmosphere and quality golf courses. Call up a friend and get out there.
