It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! That means there are going to be fantastic craft and gift fairs in the area. Good news for people trying to finish off their Christmas list, decorate their homes or are just on the hunt for some great items.
Here are a few of the great fairs that will be coming to the Sacramento area.
Holiday Boutique & Gift Shoppe
The Falls in Roseville is hosting a one-stop shop for holiday gifts and decorations. There will be over 30 local vendors who specialize in unique gifts and items, as well as food vendors. There will be home decor, clothing, accessories, novelties, books, jewelry, and much more.
This event will be held from 2 to 7 p.m. Dec. 2 at The Falls Event Center. Admission is free.
Colonial Heights Creative Craft Fest
For a great place to find hand-made local gifts, try Colonial Heights Neighborhood’s Creative Craft Fair. You’ll find jewelry, cards, baked goods, succulents, and more, all from local artists and crafters.
Admission to this craft fair is free, which will be held at Wesley Community Hall in Sacramento from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Sacramento Antique Faire
If you’re a fan of antiques and collectibles, then the Sacramento Antique Faire is a must-see event. Peruse through the wares of 300 vendors, and find the perfect gift for your antique furniture and goods lover or for yourself. There’s always fantastic pieces to be found at this large antique fair.
Antique fairs are held once a month, with December’s falling on the 9th from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is $3 per person, but kids 16 and under get in free. It will be held on 21st and X Streets. Pets are not allowed.
Nevada City Craft Fair
Just a short trip away, the Nevada City Craft Fair is one of the neatest craft shows this year. Over 60 local Etsy craftspeople and artisans will be selling wares like stationary, art, apparel, home decorations, and more.
If you’re looking for one-of-a-kind gifts for your loved ones, you’ll cover a lot of your list here. You would be hard-pressed to find a more curated selection of crafts and goods.
The Nevada City Craft Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 9 at 325 Spring Street in Nevada City.
Sweet Pea’s Winter Wonderland Craft Faire & Tree Farm
Sweet Pea’s Boutique is holding their third annual craft fair on Dec. 15 and will feature 80 local artists and craftspeople. Enjoy shopping for holiday decor, home goods, jewelry, and bath products, all while sipping hot chocolate and listening to carolers. If you still need a Christmas tree, this is a good place to grab one.
This craft fair will be held at Sweet Pea’s Boutique in Vacaville and will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Admission is free.
