Foodies from near and far are finally beginning to take notice of Sacramento, California, and for good reason. We have many great award winning restaurants, where amazing food is served by amazing people. It doesn’t matter what your culinary preference is; if you enjoy going out for breakfast, then you’re going to enjoy the options in Sacramento. From pancakes to hash browns, French toast to omelets, it’s a breakfast lover’s heaven. We at Kia of Vacaville are proud of our beloved city and its wonderful restaurants. These are the three best breakfast spots in the Sacramento area.
Finnegan’s Public House
A favorite Ma and Pa kind of restaurant, Finnegan’s is cozy and friendly. Their award-winning, creative cuisine includes favorites like locally sourced crispy applewood bacon, a smoked salmon omelet, and delicious waffles smothered with fruit and whipped cream. We recommend their flaky buttermilk biscuits with sausage and gravy. On weekends you can even enjoy live music by popular local performing artists. Finnegan’s is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. and is found on Stockton Boulevard. Why not grab a friend and go check them out sometime soon?
Bacon and Butter
Bacon and Butter is quickly becoming all the buzz among breakfast fans. The trendy restaurant is part of the farm-to-table food craze that features only the best of locally sourced ingredients. They shop at local farmers markets and select only humanely raised, sustainable fresh meats from places such as Beeler’s or Storm Hill Ranch. Their extensive menu offers only seasonal foods, so don’t expect to get any tomatoes during the winter months. Bacon and Butter was recently featured as part of Dream Eater series which highlights some of the top places to dine around Sacramento. We recommend the decadent eggs Benedict. It’s mouthwatering good.
Wild Flour Café
Downtown Sacramento’s newest breakfast spot is the popular Wild Flour Café. Be prepared to wait in line, but you’ll soon find out that it’s worth the wait. Wild Flour Cafe provides fresh locally sourced food made from organic and responsibly grown farms. Try the incredible artisan style buttery baked goods, homemade sausages, and delicious egg dishes made with fresh-laid eggs. Everything is prepared perfectly and served by a friendly and attentive staff. They claim the restaurant is sustainable, and we like that idea. They also have a handy app so you can order online. Give them a try and see what all the fuss is about.
Going out for breakfast is an iconic American tradition. It’s a fabulous way to relax and enjoy time with your family or friends. Try something you normally don’t eat, or get your usual favorite, it doesn’t matter. You’re bound to enjoy yourself either way. Treat your taste buds to some delicious food from one of these three wonderful restaurants in Sacramento. Better yet, why not try all three of them? Then you’ll know firsthand why these places are the best breakfast spots in all of the Sacramento area.
