Trim Levels

The 2018 Kia Stinger comes in five trim levels: base, Premium, GT, GT1, and GT2. From the outside, you'll notice features like automatic headlights, power-folding and heated side mirrors with integrated turn signal indicators, LED running lights and taillights, 18-inch wheels, keyless entry and ignition, and sound-absorbing glass on the front windows.

The Premium trim tacks on a sunroof and LED headlights, while the GT comes equipped with Brembo brakes, a launch control system, an adaptive suspension, and 19-inch wheels. With the GT1, you'll get additional performance meters and auto-dimming side mirrors. At the top of the trim levels, the GT2 adds a hands-free trunk lid and a limited-slip rear differential. You can also add automatic windshield wipers to any of the trim levels.

Engine
The standard engine in the lower two trim levels is a capable 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 260 pound-feet of torque and 255 horsepower. With the GT trims, the upgraded engine is a 3.3-liter turbocharged V-6 that makes 376 pound-feet of torque and 365 horsepower. Both engines pair with an eight-speed automatic transmission. According to Kia, the GT trim level can go from zero to 60 mph in 4.7 seconds, making this car a top choice in acceleration.
Performance
Every 2018 Kia Stinger comes with rear-wheel drive, although you can upgrade any of the five trim levels to all-wheel drive. With the four-cylinder engine, the EPA fuel economy estimates come in at 22 mpg in the city and 29 mpg on the highway, for a combined estimate of 25 mpg.
